Developing Arunachal- for the first time, 5 villages in changlang district connected by road which was a long due and much to the relief of the villagers.

Five villages namely, Phinbiro-I village, Phinbiro-II, New Longtoi, Lyngok and Longtoi village under Lyngok-Longtoi Circle got connected with road surface communication with the inauguration of a bridge over tirap river by Parliamentary Secretary, LM & CA Laisam Simai in presence of Parliamentary Secretary, Hydro-Power Phosum Khimhun and Deputy Commissioner, Changlang Wayong khimhun amidst huge gathering of HODs, GBs and Public leaders.
Terming the people of the circle as development friendly, he appreciated the cooperations rendered by the locals which led to successful completion of the road construction. He also highlighted the ongoing developmental activities in his constituency and those in pipeline of getting sanctioned.
P Khimhun congratulated the locals for getting road connectivity and urged them to work hard for development of the area. He also appealed them to shun opium culture which perishes the society as a whole and asked them to take up Agriculture and horticulture activities.
The bridge with a length of 43.5 M span connecting the road from Manmao circle Headquarters with Phinbiro-I was executed by the Rural Development Department, Changlang under PMGSY.
