Arunachal: RPM and Seppa MLA made allegations on each other on Corruption issue
RPM poured allegation against Seppa MLA, Tapuk Taku, while MLA refuted all charges as politically motivated.

Newly established Reformative People Movement (RPM) on Wednesday expressed concern over rampant encroachment by miscreants on a plot of land allocated for forest Nursery at Seppa.
It is being alleged that the DFO, Seppa allegedly issued NOC (No Objection Certificate) to few people after the recommendation of Tapuk Taku, MLA Seppa.
In a press conference today RPM, Chief Patron Rajo Gyadi drew the attention of concerned authority towards incomplete Mini secretariat building at Seppa which is yet to complete despite elapse of two years but majority of fund already withdrawn by contractors before its completion.
He called for the blacklisting of the firm executing the much-anticipated and dream project of the district.
Gyadi also sought concerned authority’s intervention in vacating the unemployed women hostel cum destitute home, now converted into a private school -(Sunrise residential school) which have been leased out for thirty years.
He further accused the legislator of allegedly embezzling 4 crore rupees approved under SIDF using a private firm M/S FT enterprise registered in the name of his wife, Fesam Taku.
Claiming that the fund had not been spent properly as per their preliminary inquiry, he informed that the firm somehow completed the road renovation but without constructing any culverts, drains etc thereby violating the DPR.
RPF claimed that they have submitted representation and soon they would meet DC Seppa and even to CM to apprise about it and would went for pestering on the issue.
Reacting sharply Seppa (East) MLA Tapuk Taku in a written statement have nullified the claim made by the groups and said that it may be an intention to malign his hard earn image and reputation in the public.
I have no role in any land encroachment neither I have directed anyone to issue NOC for land encroachment, it is the authority who might have issued after their official formalities.
I have been in the public field and serving the people of my assembly constituency for the welfare and development. There are several developmental schemes and project for the welfare and development of the area of which many have been completed and some of them are in pipeline.
Referring to Mini Secretariat Taku said that it may not be inordinate but may be due to weather and other reason but the work is in progress. The department is monitoring the project he said.
With regard to appointment issue Taku clarified that few appointment which are in the Forest department are not regular appointment and are on master roll and contingency basis kept for the completion of the schemes under CAMPA and any appointment are made through the department.
The Seppa township road have been constructed by company and Chief Secretary in his recent visit have also appreciated.
The allegation is politically motivated with a vested interest and those who are alleging are against the welfare measure taken up in his assembly constituency and also they are against the ruling party. Taku added.
