Two IRBN personnel arrested for ATM Vandalism

Two security personnel arrested in connection with the vandalism of the SBI ATM located Ganga Market in the city.
Following the submission of FIR on July 31st at Itanagar Police Station of Vandalising of an SBI ATM located at Ganga Market in Taka Cottage/building near RK Mission on July 7 2017. The Itanagar police carried out its investigation and the result yielded after the arrest of two IRBN personnel recently by Itanagar Police.
Talking to arunachal24 Capital SP. Dr. A Koan said that it is a case of vandalism of SBI ATM of Ganga Market on July 7th and it was under enquiry. After the enquiry it was found that the ATM was vandalised and person involved are man in uniform.
The FIR was received by the Executive Field Operation staffs of FIS Payment Solution &Services India Ltd on July 31 and a case registered at Itanagar PS wide Case No-190/17 u/s-427 IPC RW Sec of PDPP Act and through investigation was started. At first it was a big task for all to find man in uniform in locality as the ATM might be vandalised by local resident but could not find in first instance. while there was 23.98.700 in the said ATM while they duo even tried to break the ATM machine Koan said.
After the receipt of the CCTV footage of the faithful day and all photos were printed and circulated to all sources and search operation were intensified thereon and the case was handed over to IO Surendra Singh, SI. After gathering all sources information it was come to limelight that both are from IRBN and then the photo were then sent to all commandant of IRBN for identification and later both were identified by the authority of 1st IRBN Namshangmukh and identified as Tage Soni, 29 years of Mudang Tage Village of Ziro and other Chaw Libata Mantaw, 27 years of Peyong Village of Namsai, both are from D Company of 1st IRBN and were posted on law and order duty to NEEPCO at HOj.
Latter were sent to the authority concern to send them for physical appearing at OC,PS Itanagar in the connection on August 10 but could not materialised due to law and order duty owing to celebration of Independence day. On August 16 CL Mantaw was arrested from Police Training Centre (PTC) Banderdewa and Tage Sonni surrendered as per direction of commandant of 1st IRBN and latter arrested on August 20. Both of them were produced before the CGM at Yupia on 17th and 21st August accordingly , Mantaw was remanded for five days and Soni 1 days police custody SP Dr. Koan said.
However Soni was granted bail within a day from the court.
