Regional level quiz competition “ Bharat ko jano” held

Regional level quiz competition held here at Arunalaya with the theme “ Bharat ko jano” organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), Arunachal Pradesh state unit.
Jarpum Gamlin, CEO, Eastern Sentinel while addressing as chief guest said that “it is a great opportunity of the young talented students of the region to move forward in the national arena. He appreciated the organising team led by Tayum Tok and Mara Kocho and hope that such competition need to organised from grass root level so that lots of aspirants/participants come up in district and state level with a competitive mind.
Guest of Honour Arunachal Pradesh Building & Other Construction Welfare Board (APB & OCWWB) Chairman Jalley Sonam while encouraging the participating team and members in particular said winning and loosing is a part of game and said participating is more important than winning. He thanks Chief Minister for sponsoring the programme and hope that students from our state also perform well in all such competitive programmes. He also lauded the support of state government in all such activities is appreciated.
BVP, Itanagar Chief Coordinator Tayum Tok while said that the quiz competition which aim to promote the ability among the talented students of the region. AP CM Pema Khandu have fully sponsored the progarmme and hope that the four selected winners one two from junior while two from senior would be attuning the national level quiz competition to be held at Mumbai on January 7 2018.
BVP, National Additional Secretary Swadesh Ranjan, Regional Secretary (Sanskar),(NE) Dipak Kumar Dutta, Assam Prant BVP President Anil Chandra Sharma, Programme Coordinator Mara Kocho among other attended and address the gathering.
The students from various educational institution of the region took part the regional level quiz competition which include Sainik School Gwalpara (junior & Senior), Don Bosco School, Guwahati, St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Dimapur, Public College of Commerce, Dimapur, VKV School, Vivek Vihar, VKV Nirjuli, VKV Chimpu, KV-I Naharlagun, Government Gorkha Higher Secondary School, Aizwal among other.
The winner of the Regional level quiz competition which held today are Sainik School Goalpara (Assam) won both the junior and senior category.
Er. Neelam Mama, Dr. Tok Topu and Tadh Tok were the jury members while Sanju Dodum acted as quiz master.
