One house burnt to ashes in a massive fire broke out behind 132 KV Power House sub station at Chimpu.

One house burnt to ashes in a massive fire broke out behind 132 KV Power House sub station at Chimpu.
The locals said that the fire which might have been generated by short circuit at around 1. AM midnight completely gutted the SPT house of Biki Takam Kamsung. All the household belonging including local ornaments, food items, books etc were burned down.
They said that eight members of the family who were sleeping on the time of fire, but thanks to god, all are safe.
Itanagar fire station sources said that on receipt of information at around 1.20 mid night and immediately fire tender reached the spot and find that the SPT dwelling house was gutted however the rest fire nearby was doused by the fire fighters.
