Itanagar: Him International School Organises Story telling
The purpose is to promote the traditional and cultural value among the students.

The Him International School, Jullang organised story telling session for awareness of tradition, culture, history of tribes among the hostel students.
Several eminent personalities attended and appreciated this story telling programme and interact with the student community.
Indigenous Faith and cultural society of Arunachal Pradesh women’s wing President, Mrs. Maya Murtem attended the programme as chief guest and resource person.
Mrs. Maya while addressing the students said that to know our past and history of various nature is must as to which narrated a story and emphasised that one must know about their ancestors, tribal culture and traditions.
She Narrated a folk story in a very simple and interesting way to everyone present. she focused on cultural faith which use to be filled in olden time is missing in today’s generation. Students loved and enjoyed the session.
Him Principal Dr. Maneesh Mangal also addressed the students about the objective behind the initiative is to teach the students on culture, historical and traditional values. Such activities shall help in promoting the traditional and cultural value among the students.
