Kholi Tath , a PWD engineer shot dead in Panjully forest, one person arrested in relation to this case.

Two body recovered from different parts of capital complex and one was arrested, Said Capital SP M Harsha Vardhan.
Vardhan inform that ‘one person was shot dead in Panjully forest area of Chessa-I under Banderdewa Circle on Sunday at around 4.30 PM during hunting’ .
He said a written FIR was received from Kholi Topu a resident of Model Village, Naharlagun that his brother Kholi Tath have been shot dead by one Nangbia Niku.
A case was registered in Banderdewa Police Station, Case No-36/18 u/s-302 IPC, R/W 27 ARMS Act and the accused Nangbia Niku, aged 48 years has been arrested in relation to this case.
The deceased Late Kholi Tath, son of Kholi Tabin, aged around 54 years was resident of village-Jollang, Itanagar was serving in PWD Department since June 1991 and was posted as Assistant Engineer at Capital Division A.
All legal formalities which include postmortem was conducted at RK Mission Hospital and the body have been handed over to the family members for conducting last rite, while one SBBL gun have been seized and the accused have been shifted to capital for safety reason. SP said.
Meanwhile Nyishi Elite Society (NES) deeply condoled the un-natural death of Er. Kholie Tath, PWD Assistant Engineer.
In a condolence message, NES said that Late Tath was soft spoken, clean heart and man of dedication, late Tath served as Nyishi Elite Society Secretary, In-Charge Papum Pare District, from 2007 to 2010, 2010 to 2013 and 2013 to 2016, General Secretary, Central Nyokum Committee from 2009 to 2012.
He left behind his wife Smt. Kholie Yok , two sons and a daughter. His un-natural death is an irreparable loss to the Nyishi community in particular and state as a whole. He also served as the Vice President of the Arunachal Pradesh Junior Engineers Welfare Association (APJEWA).
The Nyishi Elite Society pray the Almighty for eternal peace of the departed soul in the heavenly abode and also to bestow enough strength and solace to the bereaved family at this hour of crisis the release added.
In a another incident body of an old man was recovered from the Papu river area of Papu Nallah today morning at around 8 AM.
As per FIR received from the deceased son Gichik Taha of Sojo Colony, Papu Nallah, the body was of his father Gichik Takia, aged around 72 years who was mentally retarded and accidentally fell in the roadside nallah leading to his death.
A case of Unnatural death (UD) have been registered at Naharlagun Police Station vide Case No-18/18 u/s- 174 CrPc and all legal formalities have been done. Vardhan added.
