ADC Capital issues strict warning to officials who coming late to the office

Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Capital Talom Dupak today issued stirct warning to those officials who always coming late . He seriously take-up the timely attendances and punctuality of all the officials of Capital DC office at Chandranagar today.
Dupak inform that it is really disheartening to see that the administrative officers and staffs do not maintain punctuality and timely attendance in office and do not reach the office in time.
The simultaneous election has been announced with enforcement of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) and there are lots of works related to the electioneering, in this situation officers and officials should maintain the punctuality.
He said a strict direction is being issued to all the administrative officers and officials for maintaining punctuality and vigil will also be maintained otherwise strict action will be initiated against the respective staffs who are found to absent from office without intimation to the higher authority and section officer for emergency and official works. Dupak added.
It is mention that there was no officers and staff reached DC office till 9.45 AM, a single staff of Land Management reached the office at 9.48 followed by others. Few of them said that this is the daily routine. One of them said that few are field staffs while few may be deployed for law and order duty.
But a government order issued by General Administrative Department, Arunachal Pradesh Civil Secretariat, Itanagar vide order No- GA-39/99 Dated October 4 2017 said that the government of Arunachal Pradesh has re-fix office timing for all government offices, semi government offices, corporation etc uniformly from 9 AM to 5 PM round the year with half an hour lunch break from 1 PM to 1.30 PM in all places without exception. The order supersedes earlier order August 29 2014.
