Prince Dhawan warned bar and pub owners to maintain time table

Itanagar Capital Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan today warned the Bar,Pub, wine distributors and retail shop owners to maintain the rules and regulation and time frame provided by the government and Excise Department while giving the license and it not the license would be suspended or even cancelled.
Dhawan was addressing the members of Bar and Hoteliers association and IMFL distributor. Retailer of capital complex at state banquet hall here today at function organised by Excise department for seminar cum awareness campaign on Excise Act, and other relevant laws.
Dhawan said the prohibition orders were made due to law and order problems in recent past in capital complex and the administration have compelled to take a decision and it would be revoked if the hostellers and retails of IMFL comply sincerely following all rules and regulation and after propionate punishment.

Power point presentation were made by Inspector Biki Diganto on the relevant laws on Excise, sale of liquors, restriction of sale of liquors on national and other holiday including last day of every month, during election process.
The owner/official from Bar/Pub, IMFL / Beer Bond, Whole sale, Hotel owners among other were present on the occasion.
