Itanagar- District Administration seizes IMFL items

The District Administration on Wednesday seized IMFL items from a private commercial vehicle in Itanagar. The owner of the vehicle was found supplying the IMFL items to small vendors of Division IV.
The Deputy Commissioner Capital Complex Prince Dhawan informed that the DA has been carrying out such checking drives for the last few months and stressed that the DA has zero tolerance against such illegal activities.
He has sought the cooperation of the public and appealed them to abide by the rules so that such exercises could be successfully implemented.
He further stressed that such illegal activities encourage our youths into bad habits which has many negative effects. The youths get drawn to excessive drinking which harms not only the youth in particular but the society as a whole, said the DC.
