The Nyishi Elite Society has deeply condole the sudden and untimely demise of Bengia Chapo, Jt. Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
The Nyishi Elite Society (NES) has deeply condole the sudden and untimely demise of Bengia Chapo, who expired on 9th December 2018 at R.K. Mission Hospital Itanagar.
Born to late Bengia Beri and Bengia Yake on 19th June 1970 at Yapak village under Koloriang administrative centre the then Lower Subansiri District Arunachal Pradesh. late Chapo did his primary and secondary education from Govt. Secondary school Koloriang in 1982 and 1987 respectively. Subsequently he joined class XIth at Government Higher Secondary School Yazali in 1987 and did Higher Secondary Education in 1989.
He did Bachelor of Arts from the than Govt. Degree College Itanagar in 1993. He joined Arunachal Legislative Assembly Secretariat as UDC-Cum Receptionist on 24th April 1990.He was promoted to the posts of Assistant on 18th May 1993, Committee Officer on 15th July 1999, Under Secretary on 3rd December 2004, Deputy Secretary on 31st March 2011 and Joint Secretary on 1st June 2012.
In recognition of his professional achievements, climbing ladders after ladder because of his perseverance and dint of hard work to the post of Joint Secretary Legislative Assembly Arunachal Pradesh, the Nyishi Elite Society had conferred NES Professional Achiever Award-2012 to Late Bengia Chapo, during Nyishi Elite Society Silver Jubilee Celebration at Koloriang on 17th November 2012.
He left behind his wife Mrs. Bengia Amang, a son and eight daughters.
His untimely demise is a great loss to the Nyishi community in particular and state as whole and created huge vacuum in the society. The Nyishi Elite Society pray almighty God for eternal peace of the departed soul in the heavenly abode and pray almighty to give enough strength and solace to the bereaved family at this hour of untold sorrow.
