Themnang Heritage Festival Committee of Arunachal Pradesh celebrates the Celebration of Heritage, History and the communion of the People of Monpa, Sherdukpen, Hrusso Aka and Miji at Tengbang Zong in Dirang Circle of West Kameng district today.
This day reminds the tribes that they were woven into brotherhood and sisterhood in the historical area. The Aka Rajas, Tengbang Rajas, Miji Rajas and Sherdukpen Rajas shares common history and culture exchange.
Parliamentary Secretary PHE & Water Supply Kumsi Sidisow graces the occasion as the Chief Guest while Nafra ZPM Miali Sanchoju as Guest of Honour. The programme witnessed a massive gathering in front of the Tengbang Zong a fortified Town recognised by UNESCO and considered as a World heritage site.
Sidisow lauds the Peoples effort in keeping the Historical town preserved and appreciates their commitment towards promoting ones own culture and tradition.
