A highway where people facing landslides, traffic jam everyday

The above photographs is showing the traffic jam an road blocked due to landslide on Trans Arunachal Highway (TAH) in between Papu Nallah-Yupia-Hoj-Potin. However at today it was due to heavy rain , but this scene is very common in almost through out the year.
The commuters allege that due to lackadaisical attitude of the capital district, papum pare district and Lower Suabnsiri district administration hundreds of commuters every day have to face this untold misery. The road always closed due to the land slide. People have to wait hours to open the road and waste a lots of time. The situation goes worse in the monsoon.
Meanwhile the people still hope that once day Govt can understand and their problem may be solved.
