Arunachal: One hour of rain leaves capital complex waterlogged, slows down traffic

Just one hour of rain on Thursday left parts of the capital complex waterlogged and affected traffic movement this afternoon.
Several road in capital complex was flooded by rain water while at several places the road was become muddy and the commuters have to face difficulties to drive the vehicle even in four wheeler.
In some places the road was even blocked for worthwhile and got cleared when the JCB of TK engineering was deployed at few places between Itanagar and Naharlagun.
Stranded commuters alleged that “the local administration should have made standby arrangement during the emergency, because commuters have to face this situation every time after half an hour rain, which exposed the preparation of emergency services by the administration.
