He said that in order to give this book its final shape, I have extensively referred to my old notes, research papers, law journals and consulted some experts on criminal law. As a result, some difficult legal terms and topics could be deduced to simple and friendly ideas for everyone to understand. Also, I have made best use of simple and lucid English language; therefore, I hope this book serves its purpose, both academic and non-academic. He added.
He said that the book is being dedicated in loving memory of his Mother Late Nyari Kupu Tana, who left 15 years ago for heavenly abode but for silently inspiring me though my life’s journey.
He also thanked the 19 young lawyers for their invaluable assistance and also the publisher for giving a platform to reach masses beyond the time and space.
The book will prove useful for students, general people and users-community.
