Takam sorang former MLA of Tali Constituency, stated that ” if people elected him as MLA in the ensuing election 2019, he will fight for creation of TALI as new district like Upper Dibang Valley (Anini) & Anjaw districts model”.
“This will be the top Priority of his election manifesto”, said Sorang while attending the 2nd Mega picnic and interaction programme 2019 hoisted by Tali constituency collegian forum (TCCF) on 20th January 2019.
Takam Sorang said that ” the new district for Tali shall be created as per ideology of BJP and it will be last development destination of next BJP govt headed by Pema khandu as CM. He further claimed that nobody shall reject his proposal and it is legitimate rights of the people of Tali to have new district in order to pull out thousand of people from poverty”

He also said that the people of Tali has constitutional right to get same facilities and privilege as enjoy by people of other district in Arunachal Pradesh.
