He assure to establish a circle office at Hollongi to expedite the land acquisition and other administrative activities. He said that the steering committee meeting of civil aviation ministry on the issue was held on Friday and it will be sent to PIB of Finance Ministry and then the project will be approved. He said.
We should not put hurdles while need support for the state development and urge upon the locals to clear the land acquisition process within a week of which the foundation stone will be laid by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said that the committee constituted under senior Minister Nabam Rebia have discussed the issue with the local land owners and the rate fixed have been send to government of India for finalisation and ‘I done find that anyone should make issue out of it’, if someone make unnecessary such issue “it would be so sad part on the state development”.
Government of India project need land free of cost but here in our state there are very less land with the government rather most of the land are with community/society or individuals land holding and it is good that whatever compensation we are receiving we should honour in the greater interest of the development of state.
