the 1st state unit coordination meeting with senior artistes of state cum interaction programme was held here at DK Convention centre with presence of several district unit including senior and legendary artistes.

All artist share their views and suggestions on the occasion with few advice to move for a resolution which was adopted in the greater interest and welfare of the artistes community  and development of culture in state.

A resolution was adopted after series of deliberation of the house which include recommendation of Chairman/General Secretary in the selection board/committee during selection of state awardees. The foundation day celebration of April 24 may be declared as calendar event and annual artistes award should be held, honorarium for veteran artistes, state award to the artistes who play vital role in field of national integrity,  communal harmony unity and integrity (category wise)with incentive, establishment of school of drama in state, establishment of movies screen in every district and separately for capital complex, two percent seat reservation for Arunachal artistes in government job, allocation of corpus fund for the organization for all its activities, proposal for establishment of artistes village in state etc.

Earlier addressing the presidential address Arunachal Artistes Forum (AAF) Chairman Takam Dado Tallo welcome all the artistes of state on the historic occasion, he urge upon all for united and remain in one umbrella and work for the welfare of artistes community and also for the welfare of state.
