Arunachal: Protest in Changlang against new SP M Harshavardhan
ACDSU started protest against the transfer and posting of M Harshavardhan as new SP of the changlang district.

Arunachal Pradesh government on Tuesday has transferred several SPs including the Capital SP M Harshavardhan has been posted as SP Changlang district.
According to an official order issued by principal secretary (Home) Dr A C Verma, Tumme Amo will be new Capital SP Capital complex.
But the All Changlang District Student’s Union ( ACDSU ) and locals started protest against the Posting of M Harsvardan as SP of Changlang district.
The locals has wrote a letter to state home minister which is signed by several NGOs, students unions of the district. In the letter it is mentioned that ” Capital SP M Harshavardhan is involve in recent anti PRC agitation, in which three people were killed, and he also under inquiry” .
The people of changlang district are furious and unhappy with the transfer of Harshavardhan from Capital to Changlang district, mentioned in the letter.
in the letter it was also mentioned that an emergency meeting in several areas of the district also held to discussed the issue and finally, the people of the district, student organisation and NGOs decided that ” Hrashavardhan should not be transfer and posted in Changlang district.
If the govt will fail to understand the sentiment of the people and transferred M Harshavardhan to Changlang district as SP, then it could lead law and order problem , and govt will be responsible for that.
Meanwhile today morning ACDSU members burnt the tyre on several places and registered their protest against the transfer of M Harshvardhan as SP changlang.
