Itanagar: Tatung Tagok’s death, is it natural or unnatural..?

…their friends were allegedly assaulted and dispersed by the police and during that time it might have happened that he fell into the deep gorge and died on the spot which was known later on.

Social worker ‘Tatung Tagok’ popularly active in social media died on Tuesday night on Itanagar-Hollongi road in Papum Pare district, but everyone wanted to know his death is natural or unnatural..?

The family and relative of the deceased inform that Late Tagok was with his few friends were having some discussion on the roadside of Itanagar-Hollongi road near dumping , in the meantime the police patrolling rushed to the spot, the unfortunate situation arise and few of their friends were allegedly assaulted and dispersed by the police and during that time it might have happened that he fell into the deep gorge and died on the spot which was known later on.

Itanagar SDPO Dekio Gumja who visited the place of occurrence alognwith few family members, friend and inspected the site today.

Gumja inform that the information of death was reported at around 11.30-12 PM last night. The body was retrieved from the deep gorge on Itanagar-Hollongi road  who was identified a Tatung Tagok, of Chandannagar Inquest was done today morning and simultaneously a case has been registered.

After registering a case of unnatural death at Itanagar Police station , the police team visited the place of occurrence and inspected the incident site.

After conducting post mortem the body has been handed over to the family members today afternoon for conducting of last rite at his place at Chandannagar. Gumja added.

He further added, that it too early to reveal the cause of the death as of now as it is matter of investigation.  It could not be rule out any unfortunate incident might have happened which lead to the death of youth, it would only be possible if the investigation process is completed.

All Arunachal Pradesh Students Union (AAPSU) President Hawa Bagang, several social workers and students leaders of Kra Daadi district also visited the place of occurrence today morning and demanded proper investigation into the incident which led to the death of the youth leader.

Former Chief Minister and Sagalee MLA Nabam Tuki, Arunachal Pradesh Abotani Community confederation (APACC) Chairman Taba Taku, All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA) President Byabang Joram   and several other leader, family members friends and well wishers  visited the resident of Late Tagok near Chandanagar and paid deep condolences to the bereaved family and pray for rest in peace of the departed soul in heavenly abode.
