Every day Local residents, NGOs, Pvt companies, officials are organising “Swachhata Hi Seva” all over in and around Itanagar,. Here you can see this campaign through the lens.
Hollongi- The mass social service and Swachhata hi Seva campaign was launched by Balijan EAC M. Loyi which was participated by large numbers of local people of the panchayat, shopkeepers, PRI members, GBs, senior citizens, security personnel from 12th Battalion of NDRF, security personnel from Hollongi Check post, members from Trekker association.
Balijan- The officials and staffs of ADC office along with PRI members and local resident took part in cleanness drive.
Itanagar- Social service conducted at Gohpur Tinali area on NH-415 which was attended by youths, shopkeeper and local resident under the leadership of IMC Councillor Tatung Tania and Ward Members.
Dayeng Ering Colony – The officers and officials of Department of Science & Technology took part in Swachhata hi Seva programme and clean their official campus and surrounding areas.
Itanagar- Chief Engineer and Director Urban Development Tada Tedir and his team of engineers and officers were clean the office campus and sensitise the staff members on cleanness which affect day to day life and are also source of several disease.
F Sector- IMC Councillor and former Chief Councillor Higio Aruni participated in Swachh Bharat Abhiyan campaign and took part in Swachhata hi Seva programme in her ward wherein the local resident of F Sector, E Sector and Abo-Tani Colony took part.
Banderdeva- The Swachhata hi Seva programme organised by PHE/IMC participated by large numbers of local residents, IMC Councillor Tai Tasung, Ward members, shopkeepers and security personnel of Check post clean the locality and check post area for a healthy and hygiene environment.
Itanagar- Papum Pare district Deputy Commissioner Tai Kaye attending as chief guest at a function organised by the PHED Itanagar Division said that cleanness is next to godliness.
ZPM, Borum Techi Tolu, PHED Executive Engineer Tadar Mangku, Asstiant Engineer Nabam Taga among other address the gathering. DC also administered the oath of secrecy to maintain the cleanness and hygiene at home at school and place of work and everywhere.
