Arunachal: Robin Hibu presents PP on assistance to the NE people

Renowned IPS officer  and the Founder of  NGO- Helping Hands,  Robin Hibu, on Sunday presented power point presentation here at Arunachal Press Club on the distress  assistance to the NE people.

He informed that 54 hospitals providing concessions for NE poor people ranging from 20-60%, Caring the NE distress citizens, unite the deaths with loved ones, burying the dead in NE citizens, cremation of the NE poor people, carrying NE poor citizens coffins free of cost through Vistara and Indigo airlines, civil services coaching for the NE poor people, scholarship for NE orphans girls, artist/commerce scholarship for NE people, NE blood bank at AIIMS Delhi, health camps in border area, legal assistance etc.

 “The ALS, which has opened its branch at Itanagar, is offering Rs 2.20 crore scholarships to the NE students including Arunachal Pradesh through its CSR fund. Our youths must avail this scholarship to make themselves ready for the competitive examinations,” he informed.

Robin said that Till now very few student has registered their name,  so they extended the last date of registration to first week of April 2018.

Prateek Bhatacharya national sales head of ALS said “I commit that will provide 10 IIT’ins from Arunachal Pradesh till 2020”.

He also urged the Arunachalee students to follow the same pattern which students of other states are following.

“the average fees paid by parents in any parts of North and South India for two year programme in engineering and medical is 2 lakhs rupees however we are providing the same(best book , digital content) in just 50000 for two years which is 2000 rupees per month, he added.

Arunachee students can fulfill your medical and engineering dream in 2000 rupees per month for the next two years he said.

The NGO is also planning to open Helping Hand International School in Zero with full of modern facilities which will cater the students of the state and the country.

Under this all classrooms would be equipped with computers, solar energy devices rain water harvesting techniques and many more.
