As a mark of respect, a wreath was laid on the mortal remains of Late Tirong Aboh, MLA, by the Deputy Commissioner of Tirap District on behalf of the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh Brig. (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.).
Tirap Deputy Commissioner P.N. Thungon, who attended the State Funeral at Dadam. Native village of the deceased, led the last rites, with Governor’s wreath.
A ceremonial gun salute was accorded by the Arunachal Pradesh Police and honours to the departed leaders were extended by the District Administration.
The State Government observed one day State Mourning on 24th May 2019 as a mark of respect to the departed soul.
