Fact Finding committee constituted by Arunachal Indigenous Tribes Forum (AITF) appeal all stake holders to maintain peace, tranquility and communal harmony in Namsai district.
FFC Chairman M Potom inform that “the committee on instruction of the AITF have visited the Namsai on November 19 and 20 to take detail and all information related to the arson incident which held in Mabira village and Manabam forest Range area.
“We visited both locations and discussed in detail with all the stake holders including the district administration led by Deputy Commissioner, DIG, district police officer, leaders from Adi students union, Adi Bane Kebang, Tai Khamti students union, ANAYA, TKDC, victims, senior members of both tribe and other.
We have received some documents from them and will prepare a report in consultation with all members of the AITF and will discuss the issue for a amicable solution, He said.
Our team is working on the motto of ‘Pan Arunachal’, we need to maintain communal harmony and brotherhood for a peaceful coexistence. We are expecting a resolution after consultation with leaders of both tribe. He said.
