Papum Pare District Administration conducted its 9th Sarkar Apke Dwar camp at Kimin today. It was inaugurated by the Chief Secretary Govt of Arunachal Pradesh Satya Gopal. More than 30 departments participated in the SKAD.
While addressing the public the chief Secretary highlighted the many ambitious project of the Govt of Arunachal Pradesh which are being implemented in the state and said that Sarkar Apke Dwar is an ambitious Govt initiative to bring the Govt at the door step of public and till now 150 such camps have already been organized all over in the state where 250,000 people have been benefitted.
He also lauded the Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare for conducting successive 9 SKAD in the district where around 24000 people benefitted and said that many more such camps should be conducted in the district to give full benefit of Govt schemes and other welfare activities to the people.
He also informed that Papum Pare District have been selected under MSME Support and outreach programme where 6489 weavers of the district can avail the benefit of Govt schemes and under this programme any weavers can avail the loan upto Rs.1cr facility within 59min and he appealed the weavers to take full benefit of the scheme.
Responding to the requests made by the Chairman Science and Technology, GoAP Bamang Mangha to establish a State Bank Of India Branch at Kimin the Chief Secretary Satya Gopal assured that very soon a SBI branch will established to mitigate the banking facility problem of Kimin Sub-Division and Para Military Forces.
He also informed that Govt of Arunachal is taking up steps to improve connectivity problem in the state and by 31st December every individual household will fully electrified. He also spoke about Govt effort to make ODF in urban areas and smart village project to improve the life of people in villages.
Later on, he felicitate the beneficiaries of PMUY, PMAY, Job cards, APB&CWWBs ‘s Mosquito nets and Solar Lamps to registered workers, Cheques under DDU Bunkar Yojana, study materials of science and maths to Govt HSS and GSS of Kimin Sub-Division and Yarns. He also visited all the stalls and interacted with head of departments.
Earlier, Chairman Science and Technology, GoAP Shri Bamang Mangha expressed his gratitude to the chief secretary for gracing the SKAD and requested him to help in establishing long pending demand of public for SBI branch at Kimin.
