APST bus catches fire after collision with Bike, 2 dead
Due to collision of motorcycle with APST bus both the rider died while the patrol tank of the bike burst and caught fire.

Itanagar to Shillong bound APST bus caught fire after a collision with Bike near Biswanath Charali in Assam on Saturday late evening.
Capital SP Tumme Amo inform that due to collision of motorcycle with APST bus both rider and pillion died while the patrol tank of the bike burst and caught fire. The fire contacted the engine of the bus and the bus also caught fire and burned down. All the passengers are stated to be safe but the luggage of the passenger’s have been gutted.
‘ I have spoken to SP Biswanath who is taking care of the passengers’ Amo said. Some passengers are willing to go Shillong , while some are returning back by private vehicle. SP added.
APST Itanagar Station Superintendent Tuter Dolum inform that a local bus have been sent to Biswanath to bring back some passengers who wanted to come back to Itanagar. A police party have also been send with the bus from Hollongi to bring back the passengers.
The bus bearing registration NO ARX 0259 was on it’s way to Shillong and meet with an accident near Sadaru in Biswanath in Assam. Passengers are however safe. Dolum added.
