Arunachal: Taluk Hilli, MMA fighter accorded warm reception

Taluk Hilli, (MMA fighter) who represented in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) championship from Arunachal Pradesh in the National Mixed Martial Arts Championship at Mumbai from 15  to 17th November was given away with rousing welcome by several organization and family members and others at helipad here today afternoon.

Taluk Hilli won bronze in the said championship which was organised by All India Mixed Martial Arts Federation at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

22 years old Taluk  hails from  small Village Irgo of Shi-Yomi District also got the best  fighter award during the championship.

Taluk beat Mumbai Tiger in first bout and Knock out Telangana Warrior in 15 Second, and in Final bout he faced with Bangaluru fighter and lost the Gold.

Briefing the media Taluk said that his Coach Deepak Rai (National Gold Medalist) has supported him in the win and will try best effort in next time to get even gold for the state.

Taluk  shared his views and experience from a small village to the national level championship and lauded his brother in law  T Lombi who have always behind him for his success, he assured to work hard for next championship and try best to bring laurel for the state in national and other level.

He also lauded Aling Pingam, senior MMA champion for his continuous support and guidance and advice.

A felicitation programme was held here at city hotel where every member of the family and community leader and other shared their happiness and assured support to the MMA fighter Taluk in future endeavors.
