Super 30 Controversy: Court directed Anand Kumar to personally appear before GHC on 26th Nov
If he fails to appear on 26.11.2019 bailable warrant shall be issued against him.

Division Bench of Gauhati High Court comprising Chief Justice Ajay Lamba and A M Bujarbaruah today directed Anand Kumar to personally appear before High Court on on 26.11.2019. Further the Court observed that if he fails to appear on 26.11.2019 bailable warrant shall be issued against him.
Mr. Kumar against whom PIL is filed before High Court in its reply filed before High Court has not replied to the allegations of the IIT’s students as directed by the High Court on its order dated 21.09.2018 while issuing notice whereas Mr. Abhiyanand , IPS in its reply filed before High Court stated that Mr. Anand Kumar had deficiencies in his mathematical thought process.
In the affidavit filed by Mr. Abhiyanand, IPS before High Court it is stated that “ he conceptualized the noble programme of Super 30 with the idea of solving the society’s problems” .
It is to be noted that in the month of September 2018 , four Guwahati IIT’s students approached Gauhati High Court alleging that of Anand Kumar who is claiming himself a “Mathematician” and projecting himself as a “Masiha” of poor IIT aspirants by giving manipulated and false result misusing simplicity of innocent IIT aspirants and their guardian”.
Because of the wrong projection given by Anand Kumar, each year a number of students from different part of Country approaching Anand Kumar with full faith and hope that Anand Kumar who seems to be an IIT Baba will help them in qualifying the IIT entrance exam.
But after reaching there, Anand Kumar took their admission in his Coaching Institute namely Ramanujam School of Mathematics by charging a huge amount about Rs. 33,000/- per students in the name of teaching them.
In PIL, it is stated that after 2008, Anand Kumar is not running any so called “SUPER 30” classes. Whenever, IIT results announced, Kumar appears before Media with some of the students of Ramanujam School of Mathematics and other students and claims that they are super 30 students and qualified in the IIT entrance exam.
The false propaganda created by Kumar is not only cheating the IIT aspirants and their Guardians but also the common people of this Country. It is relevant to mention herein that Kumar is not competent and qualified to teach IIT aspirants.
Before 2008, there are visuals on the net which shows the local journalist were talking to the successful students and eliciting information from them. The reports and the visual media news sounded quite authentic because the successful students were presented very freely before the media.
After 2009 such visuals and reports are conspicuously missing on the net. There are typical pictures of Anand Kumar climbing on the shoulders of successful students while the reports indicate that no journalist could talk to successful students which indicates that post 2008 transparency in the process of “Super 30” was lost.
It is relevant to mention herein that in the year 2018 also, Kumar claimed that from his “super 30” out of 30 students 26 students cleared the IIT entrance exam but till today Kumar has not disclosed the names of 26 IIT entrance qualified students.
