Engineer Tai Nikio turned politican today and joined congress with hundreds of supporters at congress bhawan in presence of APCC President Takam Sanjoy, former CM Nabam Tuki, sitting MLA Takam Pario, Tanga Byaling, former minister Padi Richo and several party leaders and workers.
All the senior party leaders including Nikio address the gathering and affirm to work dedicatedly and sincerely for the party victor in the forth coming simultaneous election.
Nikio while addressing the media said that I have to fight a legal battle right from my departmental officers to high court to supreme court for more than ten months just to get voluntary retirement schemes (VRS) of my service.
He said that I have in my entire service period been touched and having good relationship with the general public of Nyapin assembly constituency and assured to delivered goods in better way if he got election. Nikio added.
