IAS Probationers Visits Capital Complex as Part of their Training

Altogether 23 IAS probationers of 2015 batch including topper Ira Singhal who were here at the state capital Itanagar for an attachment with the Deputy Commissioner Itanagar Capital Complex as a part of their training called on the Chief Secretary Shakuntala D Gamlin today.
After brief interaction with the CS, the team of probationers were given a tour of the Civil Secretariat by the officials of secretariat. Later the team visited state museum and the Buddhist Gompa.
The team also visited the Ranganadi Hydro Power project at Yazali during which the officials had an interation with the Head of Project NEEPCO. They also visited the dam site and the power house of the NEEPCO.
Earlier, in the morning the team were given a PPT by Lilly R Jomoh Asstt Professor DNGC in the conference hall of the office of the Deputy Commissioner ICC on the historical diversity and ethno cultural traditions of Arunachal Pradesh.
