The 5th Sarkar Aapke Dwar camp organised by the District Administration Capital Complex to facilitate services to the citizens by various departments was held today at Govt. Secondary School, Chimpu.
At the counter of the Food and Civil Supply department, 12 Nos of PMUY connections were provided, 67 nos of GHH Ration cards issued, 310 nos of Ration Card form issued and 112 nos of LPG connection forms were issued.
The office of the District Transport Officer besides issuing 78 nos of learner license, renewal etc, also generated a revenue of Rs. 141547/-
The Women and Child Development registered a total of 151 beneficiaries in various services like providing of PMMVY form, awareness on Domestic Violence Act Social, Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, ICDS services, BBBP, POSCO Act etc whereas the Department of Social Justice, Empowerment and Tribal Affairs registered a total of 31 beneficiaries on various services like IGNOAPS(Old pension), IGNWPS(widow pension), IGNDPS(Disable pension), NFBS( Family Benefits) etc.
Under Advocacy program Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, EAC Tame Yajum felicitated girls toppers of classes V to X of GSS Chimpu while CO Itanagar Likha Radh felicitated four parents having four or more daughters who have been educated and are now serving the State in various categories.
The Itanagar Municipal Council generated a total revenue of Rs 33975 through various services like issue/renewal of trading licence, issue of birth certificate, garbage collection charges etc.
The office of the District Statistic Officer recorded a total of 79 AADHAAR enrolment and updation.
The Child Welfare Committee and Childline Itanagar registered a total of 125 beneficiaries while carrying out awareness on various child issue, child Toll free no 1098 etc while Oju Mission provided information to women affected by violence seeking support and information.
The Jan Suvidha branch of DC office provided 200 nos each of ST and PRC forms and processed 26 nos of forms.
The Health Department registered a total of 250 beneficiaries under various services like Registration of CM’s Arogya Yojana(CMAAY), Incentivisation for Full Immunization, RDT test kit etc out of which 71 itself were enrolled under CMAAY.
The other services provided during the programme were forms for water connection, forms for new service connection(electrical), employment certificate, trading license, renewal of arm license, distribution of items under Ujala scheme etc. The citizens were also given awareness on Disaster Management, sanitation, passport verification, C/A verification, GST registration, marriage registration, online registration of Employmeny Exchange, issue of Registration form for the Arunachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, new bank account opening and chalan payment for different services, information on digital payment, digital locker, weavers pehchan card, PMJJBY, distribution of pamphlets containing various govt. Schemes related to MSME implemented by DIC’s, awareness on various CM/ PM flagship programmes under the Arunachal Rising Campaign etc.
The next camp for Sarkar Aapke Dwar would be held at Pichola, Banderdewa on 12th December 2018 and the District Administration appeals the citizens to participate and avail facilities through such events which have been specifically organised for the public.
