The Commuters experience massive traffic jam on National Highway-415 and almost all arterial road of twin capital city, Itanagar and Naharlagun of Arunachal Pradesh today. Everyone have to waste more than hours from Itanagar-Naharlagun and vice versa.
People blame each other including Capital Police, Traffic Police, Capital district administration and state government for the chaos but who cares they claim.
