Assam: MOU signed between NIPER and Royal Global University  

This MOU will benefit students of RGU. NIPER will also benefit in the areas of joined research, publications, projects and sharing of resources.

Royal Global University (RGU) signed a MOU with NIPER (National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research) Guwahati on 6 July 2019. The signatories were Ms. Angira Mimani, Registrar, RGU and Dr.U.S.N. Murthy, Director, NIPER in the presence of Board of Governors of NIPER,  Prof.(Dr.) S.P.Singh, Vice Chancellor and Prof.(Dr.) A.K.Buragohain, Chairperson(Academic) RGU.

This MOU will benefit students of RGU. NIPER will also benefit in the areas of joined research, publications, projects and sharing of resources (personnel and physical infrastructure including laboratories and instruments).

The MOU facilitates in planning and handling academic programs/courses, organization of seminars, workshops and conferences including the exchange of mutual experiences in teaching, research and industrial practice.

The students of RGU can benefit from joint programs in research and development, including provision of summer/winter Internship Programmes.

The MOU also stands to explore possibilities of joint twining programs in interdisciplinary areas of specialization of high relevance to both the institutions. Both will  jointly organize short-term continuing education programmes, seminars, conferences or workshops on topics of mutual interest, and invite faculty members from both the institutions to participate therein.

The MOU promises to boost the academic ambience and performance of The Assam Royal Global University.
