Arunachal: Scrutiny of EVM would be done in couple of days- DEO Koloriang
All the EVM of the Kurung Kumey and Kra Daadi district have arrived at the district headquarter except one of 18 Zara Polling station of 20 Tali assembly constituency.

Scrutiny of all EVM would be done within couple of days as almost all the EVMs have arrived at the Koloriang headquarter, said Deputy commissioner Kurung Kumey cum District Election Officer, Santosh Kumar Rai.
Rai said that almost all the EVM of the Kurung Kumey and Kra Daadi district have arrived at the district headquarter except one of 18 Zara Polling station of 20 Tali assembly constituency of Kra Daadi district. The area is not having proper road communication and helicopter could not fly due to bad weather and as soon as the EVM from Zara is arrived the date of scrutiny would be decided.
He further said that any decision or recommendation would be done after proper scrutiny of the EVMs.
It is to mention that the state goes to simultaneous poll on April 11 wherein election for 57 assembly seat and two parliamentary seats were held. 3 candidates were declared unopposed. Re-poll for 19 poling station in eight district were held on April 20 while 18 poling station in Kurung KUmey and Kra Daadi was held on April 27.
There have been several claim for re-poll and counter claim for no re-poll by various candidate, their election agent and the political party like BJP, JDU, NPP and congress, The air may be cleared only after the scrutiny which is awaited to be held at Koloriang shortly before the counting slated to be held on May 23.
