Arunachal- Young Boys Volunteer in Flood Affected Areas


Arunachal24 brings its viewers the story of the services of young boys in Flood affected areas of Arunachal pradesh originally shared by Mohesh Chai on Facebook. Photos in this article show how boys crossing the overflowing Haju river while trying to help PDS by carrying a sack full of rice on their backs to Bekhuliang village which has been hit by acute food shortage due to heavy flood. This is the same river where 45 year old Gorailun Kora drowned in a stream at Yealing Village under Sunpura Circle in Lohit District yesterday


KUDOS to our Youths, who came forward on their own to help cross PDS rice for Bekhuliang village where the villagers have been facing acute shortage of rice since the last few days due to overflowing  Haju river…. Hope our youths will always lend their helping hands in time of needs like this……


One boy named Shri G. Korah of yealiang village has been washed away in flood waters at Yealiang on 26th July. Body of late G.Korah found on  morning of 27th July by the search & rescue team .
