It must be mentioned here that APCC president Takam Sanjoy on Tuesday last had announced that INC and PPA would have a pre-poll alliance in the state.
The PPA chairman stated that the PPA will keep distance from both BJP and Congress.

Ringu alleged that “These two national parties keep on poaching our MLAs. We are afraid of forging any alliance with them,”.
The PPA Chairman also stated that Congress party is undermining them by offering few seats for assembly election.
Ringu informed that
“PPA will contest elections in all 60 assembly and 2 lok sabha seats by following our own agenda and policies. We appeal educated and uncorrupted youth to join our party and fight election for better Arunachal,” Ringu said.
Three prospective candidate of PPA former MLA Nido Povitro from 25 Raga assembly constituency, former MLA Tara Payeng from 23-Taliha assembly constituency and Lowangwang Wangham of Longding district were also present at press conference.
