Maintaining its vigilance and serious concern over the various confronting issues, All Mishmi student Union (AMSU) has drawn the immediate intervention of the District Administration especially rising of Wine shop near VKV Tezu, discrepancy of running various wine shop in single license, irregularity in opening and closing of wine shops, haphazard parking near Saru Hotel, Tezu main traffic point, in front of Lohit Cooperative Shop and Pinky Market etc, rampant illegal practices of Govt. employees in Hunting & Fishing, several restaurant operating along the Right of the Way (ROW) of NH – 13 and illegal selling of wine up to late night,  freely roaming of cattle including Cow, Goats, Pigs and Dog on the National Highway.

The Union also brought to light the over the limited ATM facilities and appeals to install one more at Zonal Hospital campus for the welfare of the patient.

In another written letter to DC, the organization draws the attention over the common practices of illegal quarry (lifting of RBM) at Duraliang, Changliang and Zeeku village threatening flood to the livestock, agriculture and resident of these villages.

Highlighting various cropping nuisance through a memorandum to Prince Dhawan (IAS) DC Lohit, the ASMU with a hope writes over the unethical, illegitimate, ugly and haphazard system being operated by some self – centered businessmen and individual due to which entire township has been suffering, the union further deeply urges the DC to urgently bring the nasty system in to the track so to improve the beauty of the township.
