Rajiv Azad, by profession a writer started his cycle expedition named ” Kiran India” on Sep 8 from Ahmadabad of Gujrat reaches Hollongi of Arunachal Pradesh on Nov 18. The expedition to be carried out by cycle passed through 150+ cities of 12+ states, covering a distance of more than 5000 KMs. Since, it begins from Ahmedabad (Gujarat), while culminates at Itanagar (Arunachal) on November 20, said Azad.

Prominent Cities has been covered during his expedition are Udaipur, Ajmer, Jaipur, Delhi, Mathura, Agra, Etawah, Unnav, Lucknow, Faizabad, Gorakhpur, Motihari, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Siliguri, Bongaigaon, Guwahati, Tezpur and Itanagar among others.
Azad has been conducting seminars to curb crime against women since 5+ years. In 2016, Azad did the 35 days long Solo Bike Ride dedicated to Save Daughter. He draws his inspiration from icons like Bhagat Singh and Vivekananda and incredible Mother India.

Gender Discrimination: An Indian Perspective written by him strives to curb crime against women. Recently published “Why Success” is a motivational book written by him with the objective to trigger fire among the youth for success and patriotism.
