Itanagar- Helmetless cop caught on camera in capital complex
Law and rules are equal for every individual, traffic police who are on duty , are responsible to take action against every individual who violating the traffic rule, local said.

Look at both the above pictures carefully. In one photo you can see the traffic Police taking action against a student for not following the traffic rules, and second photograph showing how a cop in uniform is violating traffic rule by riding his bike without wearing a helmet in capital complex, and caught in camera.
This man in uniform riding his bike without a helmet was caught in camera, and the question arises here Are security personnel the protectors or Violator of law. Not only that, If man in uniform is violating traffic rules on road, then who will take action against him….? asking locals to the authorities.
The locals allege that several students uniformed in school dress also seen driving two wheelers in high speed without helmet and even many do not posses any vehicle documents and driving license with them and are also very dangerous on the road while on drive.

The traffic system in capital need to be regulated and several dos and don’ts need to be implemented on road for the safety of drivers, passengers and other pedestrians.
