Administration seems to be failed to resolved the fuel crisis in capital complex and in different parts of state which has been facing for last couple of days due to ongoing protest in North East region, allege locals.
They allege that state government management authority merely declaring that there is no fuel crisis and having sufficient stock merely a rumor but on ground it is quite different and the consumers in hundreds are standing in queue in various petrol depot in and around of capital complex .
The consumer allege that despite Itanagar, Naharlagun, Nirjuli and Doimukh located at a distance of around 10 to 15 kilometer but there is still crisis of petrol in almost all the area of capital complex even after the assurance given by the Capital complex administration and state government.
It is to mention that there are around 18 petrol pump (Retail Outlet) of various Oil company which include BPCL-3 Essar-2 rest are of IOCL.
Capital complex, Additional Deputy Commissioner Talom Dupok when contacted said that we working on it to resolve the crisis. As of now we have sufficient stock of fuel and the main deadlock of the crisis is being resolved. No need to created panic. Everything will be resolved which may take some time. He hope that the fuel crisis specially Petrol is also resolved and consumers need not to worry.

Capital District Food & Civil Supply Officer (DFCSO) Amiyt Bengia inform that there were only two tankers but four tankers stranded in Assam was brought and total 6 tankers have been pressed into services.
On Thursday two tanker were used and two trips of HSD (Diesel) was supplied in capital complex while on Friday Twelve trips of HSD were lifted in capital complex and other parts of Papum Pare district.
Since the problem of crisis of Diesel have almost been resolved and on Saturday all tankers were pressed to services have lifted seven trips of HSD for Capital Complex and Lower Subansiri (Ziro) and lifted around twelve trips of MS (Petrol) for capital complex, Police MT & APCMSF. Hope the supply and distribution of diesel and petrol would be normalised on Sunday. Bengia added.
It is stated that there are requirement of around 80 KL of Diesel (HSD) and around 30 KL petrol are required for entire papum Pare district including capital complex.
