Bugun Tribes celebrates 4th Pham Kho-Sowail festival

Bugun tribes of west kameng District celebrated 4th PHAM KHO SOWAI ( PHAM means mountain and KHO means river or water, which are consider vital component required for women survival ) from 10th September to 13th September at MPCC ground Singchung.
Earlier on 10th September during opening ceremony Parliamentary Secretary Health and family welfare Phurpa Tsering and EAC Bomdila Sang Khandu graced the occasion as Chief Guest and Guest of Honour respectively.
Today during closing ceremony Parliamentary Secretary Sports and youth affairs Nyamar Karbak, DC west Kameng District Dr. Sonal Swaroop and Parliamentary secretary RWD Jambey Tashi graced the occasion as a Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and special Guest respectively in presence Parliamentary Secretary PHED and cum local MLA 6th Thrizino Buragaon, Former Minister DK Thongdok, SP PN Khrimey, ADC Singchung Tatar Pada in presence of large gathering.
The festival have been celebrating in befitting manner by the community at a centralised place which is being done by the imitative of local MLA Kumsi Sidisow. Several cultural and traditional programmes mark the two day festival celebration.
The Bugun community mesmerized every one with there indigenous ethnic dance, song and sincere approach of welcoming people.
Sange Tsering Phiang adjudge as Mr Pham Kho and Deepika Mosbu adjudge as a Miss Pham kho during two days long fashion show.
