The Save Arunachal Youth Association (SAYA) today carried out protest march demanding the prompt action in the Trans Arunachal Highway ( TAH ) Land Compensation fiasco.

The protest march began  from Pai Gate to DC Office Via Hapoli Market line. The protesters holding play cards, banners, shouting slogans, “Administration jaldi arrest karo sab ko jo paisa wapas nahi karta hai’,

SAYA President Likha Rajnik while addressing the gathering said that it is very unfortunate that Chief Minister Pema Khandu and MOS (H) Kiren Rijiju in its speech in different parts of state giving speech for strong action on TAH issue but on ground there is nothing visible even passing of more than a year.

SIT/SIC is investigating the matter but without any full proof and visible action as no FIR have been registered against all those who have not been returning the illegally or fraudulently taken away cores of land compensation.

The re-verification from Potin to Pai Gate have already been completed and submitted to government but government is yet to take any action.  Public want action , not statement.

He also appeal the state government to recommend the case to CBI so that the investigation take place properly and unearth all illegal activities in the multi crore land compensation scam. Rajnik added.

Apatani Youth Association (AYA) Vice President (Protocol) Takhe Sambyo  while raised question on the silence of the three BJP MLA  and appeal them to break their silence.

President All Lower Subansiri district youth association  (ALSYA) President Donik Taru while appeal likeminded and general people to wake up and fight for right and justice.
