Arunachal: Namchoom inaugurates LED Billboard, Children park in Namsai
Namsai is the second district in the state after Papumpare to have billboard screens in public places which will display various programmes of the Government and will help in dissemination of information to the people of the district.

Chau Zingnu Namchoom, MLA Namsai, inaugurated two LED billboard screens at 2nd Mile, Namsai and at Namsai club in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Namsai Dr. Tapasya Raghav, IAS, Superintendent of Police Ankit Singh, Administrative officers, Head of Departments of Namsai District.
Namsai is the second district in the state after Papumpare to have billboard screens in public places which will display various programmes of the Government and will help in dissemination of information to the people of the district.
MLA termed it as an achievement on the part of the elected representatives of the district and district administration Namsai for coming up with innovative ways to narrow down the gap between District administration and general public.
Deputy Commissioner Namsai Dr Tapasya Raghav stated that she is optimistic that the LED billboard will help in generating awareness in the district.
MLA also inaugurated a Children’s park at Namsai district headquarter today. The park has swings, slides, see- saws, spiral slides and other rides for children. It also has an open air gym catering to the health enthusiasts of the district.
MLA stated that construction of such parks will create an atmosphere for health conscious and active people in the district.
DC Namsai dwelled on the importance of creating such spaces to engage the public and children in physical activities which will encourage them to go in the right direction.
