Today at 12 noon a man aged about 20 years was found dead under a culvert at 2 km from kimin. A damaged TVS motorcycle with bruised mark was also found near the culvert.

It is assumed that the deceased died due to head on fall from the culvert after hitting the culvert, as informed by Kimin Additional Deputy Commissioner Likha Tejji over telephone.
He was a novice driver, as informed by his elder brother from which he had taken the bike during the previous night. The incident might have occurred at mid night.
