Arunachal: 25 SAD of Tawang reaches Khirmu village

The 25th round of Sarkar Aapke Dwar ( SAD ) was conducted at Khirmu village community hall, under Kyidphel circle of Tawang.

The 25th round of Sarkar Aapke Dwar cum jan sunwai sammelan, was conducted at Khirmu village community hall, under Kyidphel circle Tawang. The camp was inaugurated by I/C DC Tawang Dochora Lama EAC, in presence of CO kydphel  Tashi Wangchu Thongdok and all the HODs and villagers from Nahmhed, Bomdir, Wodkhyer, Langpo-tse and Khirmu.

The GBs of Khirmu village accorded warm reception and welcome to all the officers and officials. In his address to the villagers Dochora Lama, congratulated the villagers for keeping their village neat and clean, and also informed that Tawang district has been ranked top sixth in rural sanitation in our country, and it is a matter of pride, but at the same time we have to continue with maintaining the surroundings clean and do better in near future.

He also appealed the villagers to make cleanliness a habit to stay clean and healthy. Lama further informed that district administration has been conferred with Gold medal by the state govt. for its sincere efforts in delivering services to the villagers of far flung areas of the district. He requested the villagers and specially the Gaon Burahs to cross check and verify the applicants, for ST/PRC and raise objection then and there to avoid future problems.

After his inaugural address Dochora Lama, felicitated the school toppers of Primary and Upper primary schools of Khirmu, and also the school science kit was handed over to the Teacher Incharge of UPS khirmu.

Key of three power tillers were also handed over to the beneficiaries of Chief minister’s Sashakt Kisan Yojana(CMSKY) under agriculture department, and twenty horticulture farmer beneficiaries were given five numbers each of grafted walnut plants brought from Srinagar, this grafted walnut plants are worth Rs.700 (seven hundred) per plant informed HDO Koncho Gyatso while educating farmers about how to plant and take care of it. Free vegetable seeds were also handed over to the Gaon Burahs for further distribution to villagers.

Dochora Lama along with other HODs later inspected the village. 45 government departments took active participation in this camp which has benefitted around 1200 villagers.
