Kaso inaugurates up-graded Secondary School at Police Colony

One of the much awaited school in Police colony upgraded to Secondary School was inaugurated here today by Parliamentary Secretary UD, PWD etc and local MLA Techi Kaso amid huge gathering.
Addressing the students, parents and local residents of Police Colony Kaso seriously concern over the deplorable quality of education in state said that there are more than 84 schools in capital complex with more than sufficient teaching staff, there may be some lacuna either from teaching side or students side which we have to post-mortem. The first scope is that the teaching faculty need to sincerity with dedication and hardworking otherwise it will remain as is. State government have taken education and health sector as Zero tolerance and whatever is possible will be provided to this newly upgraded school at Police Colony.
Referring to the memorandum submitted by the IMC Councillor Tagru Takap, Kaso said that a hanging bridge have already passed, the approach road of Police colony of 3 km has been kept in priority list. Provision of fund for infrastructure development of school will be taken care.
He also appeal the local resident to be united and extend helping hand nature with each other without discriminating case, creed, religion and tribe so that the area develop fastly.
Itanagar Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan in his address said that with coordinated efforts of all the education scenario will never improve and we need to be sincere in our profession and appeal the teachers to be hardworking toward their duty.
Education is the best solution of all development so the infrastructure whatever available need to be preserved. He assured to provide necessary stationary items and cupboard, Almirah, projectors for smart class room and other few items from his end shortly after submission of proposal.
Dawan said up gradation itself give an ample opportunity for up gradation of quality of education. He directed the DDSE to expedite the follow-up process after up gradation. He also directed DDSE to process allotment of land for all schools of capital complex so that the school is safe and secure.
Dhawan assured to provide protection wall from Senki river from SDRF scheme shortly.
DDSE Capital Complex Mallo Yam Gollo also placed grievances of the school to the dignitaries as memorandum submitted by the IMC Councillor Tagru Takap.

School Headmaster Tania Hakom, School student Vicky Yabe, Dambe Yomgam also spoke while IMC Ward 4 Councillor Gora Tallang among others were present on the occasion.
The team also inspected the proposed land protection wall to be constructed to save the school form Senki river.
