In a incident a young lady namely Balo Mina aged around 20 year of Nirjuli resident’s death body has been found hanging at hanging bridge over river Dikrong at Doimukh this morning tied with her scarf in a hanging position.
From the first instances the death of a women seems to be suicide case, however to ascertain the cause of the death investigation is on, informed Papum pare SP Tumme Amo.
He said on receipt of information Doimukh Police reached the spot and body was recovered in presence of the family members 7:30 am on Friday morning. After conducting formalities the body was handed over to the family members for last ride, Amo added.
