one women was crushed to death by a Tipper in Papu Nallah area in Itanagar capital complex today evening.
Naharlagun Police Station OC, N Riba informed that a women was crushed by a Tipper and died on spot on sub way leading toward Oju Mission School near Papu river bridge at Papu Nallah at around 5 PM this evening.
The victim was identified as Romik Yalok, 30 years, a resident of Jully road, Papu Nallah and permanent resident of Ruhi village in Tali Circle under Kra Daadi district.
A FIR lodge by victim brother Tame Romik have been registered vide Naharlagn PS case no- 1/18 u/s-279/304 (A) IPC and investigation is on.
Riba said after conducting formalities the body have been handed over to the family members for conducting last rite.
