Arunachal: DNGC Celebrates NSS Day
To mark the day, a street play was also performed by the NSS volunteers near the college gate and Vivek-Vihar tri junction on the theme “Swachhata”.

Today on 24th September, the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Dera Natung Govt. College celebrated the “NSS Day”. The NSS State Liaison Officer (SLO) Dr. A.K. Mishra , under Directorate of Higher Education, Govt of Arunachal Pradesh graced the occasion as Chief Guest.
Dr. Mishra while emphasizing on the Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan, an initiative by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to ban the use of Single Use Plastic (SUP) products, requested the college authority to take necessary steps to discourage SUP products within the campus.
The Vice Principal of DNGC Kumar Tok, Commerce HOD Dr.A.K. Pandey , Zoology HOD Dr.P. Nanda, Programme Officers Pate Jumshi and Talom Taloh were present during the day long celebration.
