Arunachal: CS Naresh Kumar holds coordination meeting

A coordination meeting was convened by Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar, IAS with all the Principal Secretaries, DGP, Commissioners and Secretaries in the Conference Hall of Chief Secretary, Civil Secretariat, today.
Director General of Police R.P. Upadhayay , PCCF Lalram Thanga, Principal Secretary Home, Finance etc Dr. A.C.Verma, and other senior Officers were present in the first meeting convened by the Chief Secretary after he took charge on 13th August 2019.
Chief Secretary desired that the Senior officers present a brief of the status of their respective departments which may need his special intervention and attention.
All the senior officers presented a brief note of their respective department to the CS. The DGP highlighted the latest law and order situation of the State in general and Itanagar in particular.
Likewise PCCF briefed on the status of his department in the State, Commissioner PWD briefed on some important projects in Arunachal Pradesh like TAH, Commissioner Power on the status of Saubhagya; DDUGJY; Integrated Power Development Scheme, Secretary Land Management, UD, Civil Aviation and SSB briefed on the status of Hollongi Airport, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, implementation of Solid Waste Management Rule etc.
